I've spent most of my career helping organizations and individuals close the distance between who they are and how they actually operate - in the systems they work inside, and the spaces they come home to.

At Splunk, across eight years and one of enterprise software's more consequential business model transitions, that meant shortened sales cycles, faster field readiness, cleaner narratives that didn't require a sales rep to explain. None of it started with an assumption. It started with listening.

In design, people navigating a move, a loss, a new chapter aren't looking for a beautiful room - they're looking for a space that holds who they're becoming. We get to that answer the same way, through listening.

My eye was formed in serious rooms - in corporate marketing as much as in galleries with deep artist programs, fair circuits where art conversations shape the field, and the collectible design world where a credenza carries the same intentional weight as a sculpture.
